online question is straight forward, telephone question interview regarding to around examples on customers service, assessment at shop to test your interaction to customers. The online question based on simple IQ in simple numerical, close reading and situations. This is done without time limit.

Interview
Friendly overall with a very relaxed approach. Some questions about the business so be prepared for that. There was also some shop floor role play which involved observation and commentary.
Good process to be fair. Interviewer was nice and I felt very comfortable with everything. 1st stage was good and I was very happy with the outcome and the whole process itself
