Phone interview, very calm and friendly. Phone interview was arranged on a phone call a couple days before . Interview lasted around 10 minutes with general interview questions. After the interview they arranged for me to come in a couple days later

Really Short and easy. only asked 4 questions and quick to provide feedback. Based on previous customer service experience and dealing with difficult customers. Experience working in retail and customer service

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
