Interview
The first part was a MCQ Question exercise and the second part was face to face interview where you had to speak to simulated patient's about conditions. There was also a SJT to start with where you had to explain why you chose each option in an essay style
Highly variable- fundamentally usually only want to know about availability more than goals/aspirations/areas of interest. I had one great interview that was more of an SJT/OSCE scenario but that is not the norm
