The interview process was exciting but nerve wracking as it was my first role in an NHS laboratory. The interview was conducted remotely due to COVID-19 but the process went smoothly and lasted around 20 minutes

They asked about my knowledge of IBMS code of conduct and HCPC standards of proficiency
i couldn't quite remember, but, for me i think the interview was okay, avearge level. Since, it was for a placement lab positon, so the questions weren't too hard. the person interviewing me were nice
