'Match Me' assessment where you can see if your opinions and values will fit well with the scheme, online tests (numerical and verbal reasoning, both Kenexa tests), personality assessment (i.e. strongly disagree - strongly agree statements, over 100 questions), 2:1 face to face interview with at least one senior manager, assessment centre spanning over 8.5 hours.

Standard online assessment centre process after online tests and video interview. Process takes months. I passed the AC, but did not recieve an offer during the allocation process as they pass many more people than there are places.
