Extensive Application form and then was invited for the interview which was remote as it was during Covid time. The recruitment process on its own wasn't taxing at all. Not long waiting times.
Competency based interview and followed by a panel. I had data sheets to look at as well as it was focused on absence. It took around 1 hour and was very difficult as I had not been told what was to be involved before hand
