Interview
it was good and relaxing, the questions were well targetted and it addressed current challenges in the NHS. There was also some questions on culture and ethos, how does my values align.
Usually one interview, sometimes including a presentation. Questions focus on competencies and skills, alongside values and behaviours, assessing how candidates perform, think, and align with organisational expectations and culture. Each NHS organisation has a different vibe so research the individual organisation.

Had a screening call, had a few questions about the role they were happy to answer. Decided it wasn’t what I was currently looking for currently but would come back in future if there was an opportunity with the right level of seniority.

The interview will include competency- and scenario-based questions, alongside a few focused on your motivation for applying, what attracts you to the position, and the unique skills and perspective you would bring.
