I interviewed at Nix Solutions in Kharkiv, and unfortunately, the overall experience was negative. The process was structured as an iterative selection, where candidates were gradually eliminated at each stage. First, there was a Java knowledge test, followed by an English test, and then a personality assessment. Only after these stages was a test assignment required.
The approach felt impersonal and dismissive, with candidates being segregated and eliminated in a rather abrupt manner. The interview style came across as unprofessional, and the office environment itself left a very poor impression. Overall, the process did not reflect well on the company.
