Fairly quick & painless process. Standard questions including… strengths, weaknesses, work style, are you a team player. Met with 2 people and both were pleasant. The other admin staff weren’t very helpful at first but then everyone was nice.
- How do you react to unpleasant people?

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NPC International
They were quick with contact, kept me informed throughout each step, and explained what the next step in the process would be. They asked good, thoughtful questions and were honest with their answers to my questions.
- What relevant experience do you have?

The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at NPC International in Jan 2021
Went through 6 fairly standard interviews, although I thought that number was high, went with it because I had interest. After interview 6 it was crickets....no follow up from anyone and I even followed up via email after about a week. I am not upset about not getting the job/offer just disappointed to see such a lack of decency. Glad to see Flynn is buying them; I know they will change the culture and inject some much needed accountability.
- Standard questions around leadership skills

I spoke with the Area Manager about running a store. I let her know that I preferred that the training would go as quickly as possible. She replied that it would go as quickly as I wanted it to go. Then we talked about money. She didn't offer quite what I was looking for but it was enough.
- What are you planning to do to fix the store?

It was very easy. They asked about my previous experience, if I had a servsafe certification, what were my top three strengths and weaknesses in the restaurant. What are three of your strengths/weaknesses in the restaurant? What would my previous supervisors and employees say about my leadership style and work ethic? Do I think of myself as a dependable person?

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NPC International (Pittsburg, KS)
I applied through a staffing agency and I got an email requesting for a quick phone conversation to know about my current job duties. I was then asked to schedule a technical phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interview I was invited for an on-site technical and behavioral interview. There was a panel of 3 developers drilled me on Java, and SQL queries. Overall the process went smooth. Good people.
- Multiple questions on SQL to return records. Java Collections - Array Manipulation. And some UI design stuff.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NPC International
Great meeting with a few of the managers. 3 rounds with various levels of corporate personnel. They had to be sure the position is filled by a knowledgeable individual. Focus on hard working, position is not easy.
- Experience

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Whitehall, PA
I applied online. I interviewed at NPC International (Whitehall, PA) in Oct 2017
Multi interview, unpleasant experience. Employer was late for the interview. Offering was unconsisted from one interview to another. Each individual interviewer pushed the blame back and forth about the poor communication . Talked poorly about one another.
