They were very quick to reach out after talking to them at my school's career fair. I had applied online for their ELP program but they reach out to me with this R&D internship. This was a half technical half behavioral interview.

I interviewed with two gentlemen at my University a few days after the career fair. They called me a few hours after the career fair letting me know they wanted to interview me. After the interview it was about a month before I heard back from them with my offer letter.

Was brought in for an on site interview. It was a day long affair which included two question sessions that quizzed me on my problem solving ability. Along with that I gave a technical presentation.
