I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at National Instruments in Sep 2014
Interview
Applied at a campus career fair. Had an interview later the next week. Was a very straight forward interview. A couple behavioral questions but mostly technical questions. Then the interviewer pulled out a piece of paper with the job titles and descriptions, something I wish more companies would do and went over each one with me telling me his opinion on which ones I would fit in in best based off of my answers to the previous questions. Recieved a offer two weeks later.

Question 1
While the questions themseleves weren't awful, it was having to "think out loud" the entire time that threw me off guard. Meaning, I have to say my thought process out loud as I worked through the problems.
