My resume was found by the hiring manager on Indeed.com. I first interviewed with the hiring manager via phone and then I was interviewed by a subset of my future colleagues. The final interview was conducted in person with the hiring manager and one of his direct reports.

Interview
A combination of business and technical questions, generally given in a conflict-free or 'know it all' type of questioning. The interviewers are all long tenured employees; so they were more interested in 'cultural fit' vs. 'raw knowledge'. Management vs sales, sales strategies, etc.
