I applied online and got an answer two weeks later by phone and mail. The manager I met was really friendly and easy-going. We had a nice talk the first time we chat on the phone and then he showed me the studio. Then I had to wait 2 months to get hired because I was foreigner so a lot of administrative task before I can become an employee there.
