I submitted my resume though their office reception, the HR in charge was not available that day but contacted me the following day. Even if I had returned to Japan for personal reasons, NetSuite was very patient and considerate. For my case the HR interview and language evaluation (by Japanese colleague and manage) was done through international phone call. Every step was crystal clear, I have received frequent updates and the HR in charge was very understanding and considerate. Due to personal reasons, I had withdrawn from my application process although I had already gone through the 3rd level. NetSuite was very considerate to keep my records until 6 mos later when I was free to go back to the Philippines. When I came back I was interviewed one on one by the Filipino manager. I got the result the following day and then was background checked. When results came out, the process was smooth up to the contract signing.
