I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Netflix (Los Gatos, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Two rounds of interviews. First round focused on technical aspects, second round on culture/team fit. The technical interview questions were quite challenging, but fair. There were no trick questions, but they really did expect you to have deep technical knowledge of the area you work in.
Also don't assume that the HR interviews will be easy. These were actually some of the the most probing and challenging (unlike other companies). They really ask you some hard questions about decision you've made in the past, and why you're looking to work at Netflix.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Netflix (Warsaw, Masovia) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process had around 7–8 short stages (about 30 minutes each). Recruiters were approachable and open to answering questions. It felt more like genuine conversations to get to know me rather than rigidly prepared questions. Poor quality feedback at the end.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Netflix in Dec 2024
Interview
1 screen and 4 in person interview. focused on building bridges, conflict resolution and a lot of non technical related aspects. they were very concerned about politics and game playing then the actual skillset.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Netflix in Apr 2024
Interview
Recruiter screen -> tech screen -> virtual onsite. Got to the tech screen and was declined after that. Speaking to the recruiter was the most pleasant part of the experience.
