I applied online. I interviewed at Netflix (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2023
Interview
I had a very bizarre interview experience. The format was a screener call but I was being quizzed on their company values from their website. The interviewer was asking very specific situational questions, but cutting me off when I was in the middle of answering. I was so turned off from the company as a whole after this experience.

Question 1
Which one of the company values on our website do you most relate to and explain your knowledge of them
Very chill and easy. It was a polite chat about the job and the culture at netflix, especially given that the DC office is a bit newer. Very much just a conversation generally rather than pointed interview!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Netflix (Hollywood, CA) in Jan 2025

Friendly, Welcoming, and Streamlined Process
Everyone I interacted with at Netflix was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. From the start, the process was made as smooth and stress-free as possible, with clear communication and genuine support at every step. It felt collaborative rather than intimidating, and I appreciated the transparency and respect shown throughout. Overall, it was a very positive experience that reflects the company’s strong culture and values.
Talked to the recruiter and then hiring manager within HR. Was then asked to submit script coverage. Then met with direct supervisor as well as another high up exec in the department. Overall experience took around one month.
