In general, the recruitment process is very demanding. In both cases, whether you are rejected or accepted, you get professional feedback. Looking from the inside, people who are doing interviews at every level are very professional.

I would not recommend wasting your time with this company. Not only did they reschedule the call twice at the last minute, but they also canceled the third time without warning. To make matters worse, they then deleted me from their contacts. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a recruitment process and will be steering clear of this company.
- There were no interviews, no questions.

I was applying for the company's open job position as a digital marketing manager. I had a successful first interview, then assigned a homework task that took 3 hours to complete and I was invited to a further interview process with the team. Less than 24 hours prior to the interview I received a letter stating 'we are sorry, we're planning to significantly change the profile of the person we're looking for, and you are no longer a fit". Wow, one of the most original rejections in my recruitment experience. Surprise surprise, two days later the company puts the same job ad, with the same requirements... (Guess the strategies at Netguru/Pilot 44 change daily? OK) So be aware that the company: - lacks transparency - makes drastic changes overnight and then reverse them (which may result in a very stressful and uncertain work environment)
- Regular, work experience- related questions.

Meeting atmosphere was relaxed and positive. At all stages I was informed and taken care of. First English evaluation, then tasks, then recruiter meeting, then peer PM conversation, then SDM talk. I got feedback, someone listened on the other side :-)
- Tasks to work on alone, Agile / scrum frameworks,

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Netguru in Jul 2022
First interview with HR was fine. The next interview was a technical one. In the description was set to pair programming, but it was the normal interview process. It took under 1h and there were a few go questions and aws/infra/api. The offer was presented on their slack ( I don't know why they didn't send it to mail directly). They offer around 25% hourly rate of my normal rate ( for me it was unprofessional how the review was done and how they evaluate me to a junior position after working over 6 years with different technologies ).
- go, api, aws questions ( 2 each )
