Pros
I worked for Netguru for years and they have always been flexible in helping me to get the role and path that I wanted. I had nice leaders and very good team members. The company has a very good feedback culture.
Cons
The quality of projects sometimes is not perfect. There is no stability when it comes to the projects that you join, and you don't always get as much ownership as you might want (because of the clients)
