I was interviewed by a sales manager. He told the story of New York Life. After the small talk we talked about my sales experience and what I did in my current job. The process took about one hour. after that I talked to another manager went over the sales cycle and different processes. We also talked about why I wanted to work at New York Life

Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
