I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at New York Life in Sep 2016
Interview
Very easy, ask you some questions, and introduce you to the company and it's strength. The manager was very vague when asking about his team's performance. My advice would be to see if you are able to talk to the agents and get their feedback, especially agents who have not triggered yet. If the recruiter likes you, beware that he/she might smooth talk you in. That's when you should be prepared with a lot of questions and outweigh your pros and cons.

Question 1
Did not really ask me any questions. Just explained company overview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New York Life (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2026
Interview
Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
