They will call you for an interview, talk about your interest. It is more of a sales position. I was asked to complete an assessment. They called at 3pm and expected me to complete it by the end of the day, even though I said I still have class and would probably not have time to complete it.

The interview process felt smooth and low-stress. HR first asked about my preferred location and background, followed by a conversation with a team member from the department I would be joining.

The interview process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The commission structure is 100%, with no base which did not work for me. Office was nice. Opted to interview for another role.

It is super nice and straightforward, no hard behavior questions. and they genuinely want to learn about you instead of trying to test your bs skills. Be yourself and be truly excited about the company.
