Interview
Interview with key stakeholders, HR and few other members of the management team from business and technology. They appreciated the similar background from financial industry. Questions during the interview were common and genuine.
they were kind, straight to the point and asked me a series of simple questions. They basically just wanted to get to know me. Felt like an easy interview. My advice is to practice what you will say when they ask you to tell you about yourself and have a few questions ready to ask them as well.

Interview
There is nothing much since I was referred by an existing employee. It was only one round of Technical in person interview and another round to speak with Manager. They havent asked much in Technical interview. It was mainly about the presentation and programming skills. I was given a scenario and I solved the problem.
