Seems like a pyramid scheme. Sounds like they just onboard as many people as possible and don’t really expect the most to do well. Also seems like they want you to go out and find all the opportunities
the manager was really nice and we had great conversation about the financial industry. She introduced me the company's concept and explained to me what i need to do in order to be a successful candidate for this job.
