The process took around one week.
There were two separate phone interviews, the first was with one of the companies recruitment team, this was an informal chat, it was at this point I was asked to create a hangman application, then had another phone interview the next day with the head of technology, I was asked about my CV mainly and what I'd accomplished in my current role.
I then had a four hour on site interview, this involved three sets of people, the first was the head of technology, I had to complete two whiteboard tasks around collections and concurrency.
The second group was two tech leads this was an informal chat around various technologies and the third group was an architect and this was again a white board session around micro services and caching.
I was offered a job before I left the building which was really cool.
Overall it was a really nice experience, everyone involved in the process put me at ease and I never felt under pressure.
