The phone interview lasted about 40 mins, where the manager introduced the job to me and asked about my background and skills, and why I considered entering the financial industry. I was brought on-site in the following week.The on-site interview lasted for a whole day and I met everyone of the team that is hiring and managers from other teams as well.
