2 rounds, fair enough. The hiring commitee was asking regular interview questions. 1st round was in Bratislava Slovakia, 2nd round was in Vienna Austria. The immediate feedback and also a final feedback via Email was very promptly sent.

Interview with hiring manager then with team member for technical interview and then with HR interview talking about the salary and the benefits . Each call is about an hour without direct question , just an open discussion to understand your background.

Examples for Achievement , how one had to change approach when things did not proceed as planned . Relevance of experience in the current Job . Verbal /email offer extended . Post acceptance detailed contract letter followed
