Interview
I applied for a customer service job with Nordstrom Rack online. After applying I was notified via email that I was chosen for an interview and that I needed to select a time that I would be available. This was a phone interview that I was choosing a time for. The phone interview was completed and I was brought in for an open house and interviewed for two positions. I was hired for neither but a completely different department that I had applied for on a temporary status for 120 days. I was then asked if I would like to join as a full time employee after the 120 days and accepted the position.

What was the last big goal you set for yourself and what did you do to achieve it?
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Describe a time you had a difficult experience with a customer.
Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
