I cannot recommend going through the interview process with Nordstrom after my experience. I was contacted by a recruiter where we scheduled a time and day to interview through Calendly. The recruiter outright did not show up to the interview, and I messaged them immediately to see what was going on. Their response, several days later, was that the job was already full and they were going to see if there was another opening for me. No follow up after 2 weeks. This was just one experience with one recruiter, but it was outright unprofessional. They approached me, had poor communication throughout, and completely wasted my time.
