Interview
The interview process was largely centered around assessing attitude and prior experience. Describe SOLID principles. How many lines of code should a function have?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Novanta (Kansas City, MO) in Mar 2023
Interview
I had my first round of interviews in-person at a career fair. It was purely behaviorally and I really enjoyed the interview. It felt genuine and I enjoyed speaking to my interviewer. I was scheduled for my next interview which was supposed to be technical but my interview did not show up at all. I emailed recruiter during the scheduled interview time as well as a few days after but she never bothered to respond. I was very disappointed, I took the time out of my day to interview with them but they were so unprofessional and purely disrespectful.
