Interview
I sent an application for the position in january 2014 and two months later I recieved the phonecall where the person in charge of the department with the job asked if I could come to a first interview three days later. I accepted and the interview was unformal with a nice tone. Present was the teammanager and a technician from the same team. We talked about my CV and my personal charachteristiska. I was invited to a second interview the following week.

Interview
The whole process was smooth. A casual talk where the interviewer was super nice. They follow a written format, interviewing is giving what you would do if, this or that happened, give examples of how you worked through this or that etc
Applied online on the company's website. a few weeks later I get invited to a first interview. Interview was around 1 hour, beginning with me introducing myself and talking about my qualifications. The interviewer then asked questions.
