The guy I spoke with for the introductory phone call was very monotone and it was hard to talk to him, let alone get a conversation going. It was one of those interviews where I kind of figured it wasn't going to work out, because I am a people's person and I need to connect with the other individual to really get a flow going.

Wait process far too long. Setup was chaotic and disorganized. The third party company changed times and dated on short notice and although I was aware another transfer candidate had been retained for the position already it was several WEEKS until I received a formal rejection email

Too many steps for a job that doesn't even pay that great. I was brought in a room with 3 people, even though they told me only 2 would be there. Not very professional at all to do that. Very arrogant company.
