I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nuance (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2016
Interview
Interviewer was very nice and sat me down, describing their day to day activities and which project they're working on. After the introduction, they gave me a sheet of paper with technical questions to answer (mine was about linked lists). Very informative and explained the optimal solution that he was looking for after.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nuance (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2023
Interview
the speed of recruiter very quickly and will have a technical interview, basic question but not behaviour question. you should very clear about your goal and claim. suggesting the recruiter open the camera other than a candidate face with the black screen.
Fairly easy and straightforward. Also quite prompt after being reached out to, scheduled an interview within a week. Interview wasn’t really technical but was about past experience which was technical in nature
Got one round of phone screening from the recruiter. Asked basic questions regarding previous experience and study. 30 min in total. No follow ups. Seems very hard to get in.
