I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OSIsoft (San Leandro, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview was a three hour long experience where you talked to various hiring managers. They ask about your interest and future career goals. It is hard to say when you are this young. Learn software vernacular. Their motto is "it is easier to teach a mechanical engineer about their pi software than it is to teach a computer science engineer about a power plant"
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at OSIsoft (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview was a three step process:
1) Casual call after a recruiting event at a University.
2) 10 minutes interview call, basic questions followed by a online test with logical questions.
3) Interview for 3 hours on-site with senior management
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral questions like what do you do if you had a tight deadline.
Questions about my resume.
It was a 30 min long interview by employee currently in position. Most of the interview questions covered on here already. Not too bad if you prepare on Glassdoor beforehand.
