Interview
As I was a fresher at that time, I got the chance to attend the interview through Campus Placement. There was one round of GD and 2 rounds of Interview. The interview is mainly done to understand how you handle stress. They only look for people who have good attitude, good language skills, good persuading skills, and mainly, people who can handle stress well.
The interview process is simple. They look for guys good at analytical skills. One who has earlier startup exposure is given preference or anybody having his/her own entrepreneurial journey. They would ask for pointers to enhance business and how to tap target segment.

Interview
2 rounds. one with a team lead the second with the sales head. The team is very kind and does not pressurize with rude or tricky questions. They just want to justify your experience.
