      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (New York, NY) in Jun 2016

      Interview

It was very quick and easy. Took probably 15 minutes top. I had already spoken to my GM and knew the GM who would be interviewing me already. The questions were very simple. This position is an entry level management. So there's not much to do as long as your GM thinks your a good fit for it.
