I applied in-person. I interviewed at Old Navy (Rockville, MD)
Interview
Group interview, required "ice breaker" activities, speaking about a "passion" item, and putting together outfits/selling them. They did call and speak to me about things that I liked when scheduling me for the group interview.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Bring in an item that you feel describes what you are passionate about and be prepared to talk about it.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!

Question 1
Help a customer put together outfits for family pictures.
