Went and worked there for a day, I was a transfer to a different city. After the interviewer saw my work and how I handled the team we went to her office and had a basic interview.

Interview with store manager @ store position was located, 2nd interview with another SM @ another store, 3rd interview with market manager. All were easy interviews. When I interviewed with MM it was less formal and we walked around the store while talking and looking at the current merchandising.

Easy going interview. Very conversational rather than a formal interview. Some basic questions such as why Old Navy, why should I hire you, tell me about yourself. The interview was very enthusiastic about the company and the future of the company. Be excited about Old Navy and the interview will go well!
