Interview
First, I submitted my application online to the company website. Then, the store called me and I was interviewed by the store manager in a very relaxed atmosphere. I was told to call him by his first name. He asked me questions such as what I liked or disliked about retail, what hours I was willing to work, and if I had reliable transportation. He then told me about the store and working for the company explaining policies, dress code, etc. I was hired on the spot and started work within a couple of days.

Interview
They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!
Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
It was very fast and efficient. They just asked simple questions to see if your able to do the job. I would recommend any one working there. They got me caught up on each step.
