I applied in-person. I interviewed at Old Navy in Oct 2015
Interview
The process was very easy. I didn't do an application online because when I went to their website I saw an ad about the holiday job fair they were having. I went to the job fair and sat with both of the assistant managers. It was a one on one interview and very easy. No hard questions typical interviews questions and asked about your availability

It was a group interview with several people, about 5 to 8 others, and one manager doing the interviewing. He asked basic interview questions to get to know everyone and to test their skills.
