I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jun 2026
Interview
Super relaxed and great conversation. I was mainly told what my duties would be and what I was doing in my previous job as a store manager. My first interview was with the General Manager and I knew her from coming to my old job and purchasing services. She told me her history at Old Navy and asked what hours I was wanting and what pay I was receiving previously. Then had a more formal interview with the District Manager and it was WONDERFUL. She was a great person who seemed to really care about her employees.

Question 1
How do you feel about de escalating and customer complaints
I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy (Tannersville, PA) in May 2026
Interview
I was contacted by the store manager for an interview. I was asked to go to New Jersey to meet with the store manager for the first interview. I ended up meeting with two store managers who appeared to be very knowledgeable. When the store manager from the store that I applied to returned from vacation. I received an email at eight o'clock in the morning saying they were not moving forward. It just seems very unprofessional to send someone out of state, pay tolls, and not even valued enough for a phone call.
