Interview
Hour long group interview. Mainly play games and do activities to determine your personality type. One of these was to draw the first thing that came to mind and then make up a story with it, linking it to the drawing of the person next to you and so on. They also gave a scenario (Mom looking for back to school clothes for kindergarten daughter) and sent us to pick an outfit.

Interview
The interview took place in the Vaughan Mills food court. They were very kind and it felt more like a converstaion than an interview. They gave a lot of their input based off what you said. Seemed very supportive.
They reached out to me for a phone screening and asked me couple questions about myself and my personality. I enjoyed the time and advanced to the next round. Hope to do well in person too.
It was a great interview! It was my first interview ever and the manager at the time made me feel very comfortable. I was hired on the spot. Very easy questions about my life and experiences.
