It took a while to get called for an initial interview however I can only imagine how ma y applications they get. However They were really nice And polite while going through the interview questions

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Vaughan, ON) in May 2026
Interview
The interview took place in the Vaughan Mills food court. They were very kind and it felt more like a converstaion than an interview. They gave a lot of their input based off what you said. Seemed very supportive.
They reached out to me for a phone screening and asked me couple questions about myself and my personality. I enjoyed the time and advanced to the next round. Hope to do well in person too.
It was a great interview! It was my first interview ever and the manager at the time made me feel very comfortable. I was hired on the spot. Very easy questions about my life and experiences.
