Applied online and then went in for in person interview with store manager and got hired on the spot. It was a total of 5 minutes. Super easy process. Then I started the next week

Applied and received an email about 2 weeks later asking to come in for an in person interview later that week. Was offered the position at the end of the interview.
It was a group interview in a conversation setting. Random questions about our favorites and what we do outside of work. Was very easy. If you weren’t outgoing, probably were not hired at this specific location.
