I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (New York, NY) in Feb 2013
Interview
Applied through my campus recruiting website. They came to the university the week before to do a case workshop - it was very helpful, and I recommend going if you get the interview (or if not). The first round was a phone interview, two 25-minute cases, and no fit questions. This may not be the norm however because we had a snow storm that prevented the interviewers from coming to campus. Seems like usually there is 1 fit, 1 case. Cases were pretty straight forward, but got a call at 5 pm that day saying I didn't make it through to the next round - very efficient process
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One case question was estimating the sales of flowers on V-day in the US, another was a healthcare profit-loss case about a hospital.
Cover Letter, then Online Logical and Motivational test. Then 3x 30 min case-based interviews and 1x 30 min motivational/fit interview in -person. This was an AC day that was all back to back.

Question 1
What three impressions will you leave on us after this interview?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (New York, NY) in Jun 2025
Interview
Pre interview assessment, then 30 min behavioral, 30 min case interview in one 1 hour block. Case study tends to be testing more how you think and analyze a case.

How do you prioritize your tasks when you have a large workload?
ho fatto il primo colloquio behavioural con domande fit e un piccolo brainteaser con un senior partner, poi 2 successivi round con business cases più strutturati, processo positivo in generale
