Very friendly and comfortable . You can use the computers they have to apply and they are always doing interviews for positions. I met with almost every manager in the department. So i got a feel of how everyone was first hand

Tell us a little about yourself? What makes you right for the job? How well are your people skills (customer service) ?
The interview process was engaging and informative. I felt all of any inquires were answered and all pertinent job information was passed along to me. The interviewer was warm and welcoming.
Easy. They did ask if I was ok working the overnight and I said yes but it was not cool. Overnight is super boring. Wild not recommend but it is union so like be mind full you will have to work the overnight because you will be lowest in seniority

I interviewed with the Front desk manager and was called back to do a second interview a few days after to meet with the director of rooms. After the interview with the director of rooms, I went to the HR department and was offered the position
