3 STEP INTERVIEW - SUPERVISOR > DEPARTMENT MANAGERS > OPERATIONS AND THEN HR. They get you to speak to them first and once youve passed that part they call you in for another interview to speak with department head. If successful, they call you in to meet with Operations manager and if he/she likes you, you have a final interview with HR.

1) Why are you interested in working in the luxury hotel industry?
The interview process was engaging and informative. I felt all of any inquires were answered and all pertinent job information was passed along to me. The interviewer was warm and welcoming.
Easy. They did ask if I was ok working the overnight and I said yes but it was not cool. Overnight is super boring. Wild not recommend but it is union so like be mind full you will have to work the overnight because you will be lowest in seniority
