I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Omni Hotels (Boston, MA) in Mar 2012
Interview
1. Attended an informal information session- although it was clearly a formal invite and so everyone dressed professionally as heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks were set up. This is your ultimate chance to network before getting chosen to interview. Meet everyone, hand out cards, get cards. it was very awkward environment and it seemed this way for the entire recruitment process.
2. Interviewed with a panel of 3- One current LID, local HR, and outside HR: Very behavioral, kept rephrasing questions, nothing out of the ordinary-say personal stories they want to hear that. be confident but not arrogant they want a humble person ask loads of questions to each interviewer ...if you pass this you get the invite to over night interview and are told to take a behavioral test online ....each interviewer will have your results in front of them as you interview
3. over night interviews: night of- meet everyone. all those who will be interviewing you will be there so speak to everyone esp those who know the interviewers . ask the current LID all questions possible. more hors d'oeuvres and drinks. you get your photo taken another presentation, everyone starts trickling out and the rest of the night is yours
4. final day of interviews: everyone has different amounts i had 3- sales director, HR director, global recruitment HR.....
although i thought i did very well i did not receive a job offer- it felt as if whomever you would be under had a profile image of who they wanted...everyone seemed awkward though....not the people id want to run into a bar accidentally on a fri night

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Omni Hotels (Austin, TX) in Jun 2013
Interview
Interviewers were professional and courteous. I was fresh out of college and they asked all the questions you'd expect. I had two phone interviews and one Skype interview before ultimately stopping the process after I accepted another job. Would've taken this job, otherwise.
