I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Open Systems Healthcare
Interview
Very lengthy interview, 4 interviews all asking the same questions and prompts. Then you go through a job walk through seeing the day to day responsibilities. I would recommend asking a lot of questions to really get a good idea of what you are getting yourself into.

Question 1
How I would deal with an angry caregiver after they had received a corrective action
This process was lengthy! 4 interviews with similar questions, scenario prompts, and then a one hour walk through of the job. Finally, an absolute low ball offer was given. There were so many red flags, including an unwillingness to negotiate anything. Paying a living wage at base compensation is the least they could do, but alas that was not a priority. Too many red flags to work here. What a waste of time!

Question 1
What customer service experience do you have and how could you apply it to this job?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Open Systems Healthcare (Trevose, PA) in Sep 2019
Interview
Laid back interview process. Account Executive asked a variety of what if scenarios based on the role and what you would do if put in those situations. You're asked about your preferences in regards to how you value workplace culture, work life balance, teamwork, money, etc. You'll do a pit sit which shows you a brief overview of programs and software you'll utilize on a daily basis.
