I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Jacksonville, FL) in Apr 2012
Interview
Part of an acquisition, so they never really interviewed. No one ever reviewed resumes of the new employees; they took the word of senior management. Most employees were misrepresented. Existing employees with less experience and expertise talked down to the new employees like they were charity cases when their skills far surpassed the existing employees.

Interview
There were only a few questions that were challenging ie when asked to describe certain terms but as a fresher it was not too difficult. It was, of course, technical but your English is also tested.
Interview was good. There are many questions asked. questions about technical writing, oxygen, DITA. documentation process. First level of interview is a technical round. There is a two group panel. and after that written test.
Very positive. The interviewers were very friendly and answered questions in a thoughtful manner. If they felt my answers weren't what they were looking for, they rephrased to help me understand what they were looking for.
