I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Boston, MA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied through my university and heard back a week after I applied. The first interview was an in person screening at my career center which was only 30 mins, it was really easy and just getting a sense of you. Right after he scheduled my next in person with sales managers. The interviews with the managers were very quick and back to back 30 mins. It was hard to get personal with them since they were only listening to my responses. I couldn't get a connection with them and they were just typing most of the time no eye contact. But I got the offer and talked to people who had been in the job. They said it's a really great job right after college and there is a great community of people there. If I had any questions the recruiter was really nice to answer any that I had and connected me with people that were really helpful.
Face to Face, Direct and Ease of Communication. The interviewees were very approachable and friendly. Making communication very approachable and able to share more about the roles and share more of my personal experiences and how my transferable skills can help contribute to the role.
